Adding Conditional Checkout Fields

Hi,

i’m trying to add Adding Conditional Checkout Fields by this dosumentation: https://www.visser.com.au/documentation/woocommerce-checkout-manager/usage/#Adding_Conditional_Checkout_Fields

But after this:
12. Click on the 3 blue bars above Options Toggler
i cannot even see the given screen with ‘parent selector’ after clicking on it.

how can I access this settings?
