Are you referring to the Template Kit? If so, we have created a video demonstrating how we add a Contact Form in the link below. For example, we use the Cryptiva Template Kit from Jegtheme.

In the Cryptiva Template Kit, the Contact Us page utilizes a form from Metform by Wpmet. Please ensure that the Template Kit you are using also includes the same form feature (Metform).
For further details, you may directly contact the author of the Template Kit you purchased. They should be able to guide you on how to import a template along with a form.
