    I want to add an online contact form to the contact section of my website. Name / Surname / Company Name / Phone / E-Mail / Subject etc. a form where information can be entered.

    Contact forms is the plugin domain and you need a contact form plugin to do that. There are many to choose from in the WordPress plugin repository.
