Adding Custom Posts to a New Page

    Hello. I am trying to create a new page that functions like a second blog page. I’m calling the page, “Recommended Reading,” and on this page I want to create an archived list of posts containing book reviews.

    I am currently attempting to do this using the Custom Post Types UI plug-in to create custom posts. The problem is that I don’t know how to connect these posts to a “Recommended Reading” page that will show in my main website menu. I’m not very good at this stuff.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My site is: briankirkblog.com.

    Thanks for providing this link. I’m a bit of a neophyte and may need a bit more instruction, if possible.

    It seems like this page explains how WordPress categorizes the custom post types, but I’m not finding the instructions on how to connect my custom post type to a new page. What am I missing?

    Appreciate the help.
