Adding Custom User Data

Hello!

I’m wondering if there’s way to add new user data variables after account creation. For instance, I have a page that only users can access, and wish to create an option between two radio buttons, after which a user can submit and the data is stored per user. I’m trying to implement this in-page, but can’t figure out the PHP to use or if there exists a plugin to do this.
