adding details about form field when hovering over (?)

I love forminator! However, I am wondering if a feature that I see in the admin area when editing forms can be used on the front end. when I am editing a form in the bar on the right hand side under appearance then layout and spacing. next to the text “field discription position” there is a little (?) symbol and if you hover over that a little black pop up appears with more details. It possible to display additional information or instructions for a form field in the same way in a form?

Any suggestions for how this could be done would be greatly appreciated.
