Adding dynamic contact into contact form

I need to add a referral code dynamically into an existing contact form 7 application form. We have a database set-up with these referral codes and they are selected in a page prior to be forwarded to the contact form.

To explain a little more – user goes to a link: sample.com/ref-code –
we grab that ref-code from the url from javascript forward the user to a page with the contact form 7 implemented and have the ref-code automatically populated in the contact form.

Any one know if this is achievable?
