    Hi,

We’ve been having an issue over the past six weeks or so of obvious bot traffic throwing off our Jetpack stats. The bots don’t seem to be doing anything malicious, but they’re clearly not human users, and so when they show up in the stats, it gives an increasingly distorted picture of how posts are actually performing.

Google Analytics has some filtering options to exclude certain traffic from the results, but looking at the Jetpack settings, I don’t see anything like that. Is there any way to add filters by country, ASIN, or user agent so the Jetpack stat tracking isn’t polluted?

    Hey @ate-up-with-motor,

We’re seeing this increasingly on our end as well, but we haven’t yet implemented a solution for bot detection and possible exclusion in Jetpack Stats. We do have conversations about this happening internally, and I’ll add your report to our tracking.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
