The approach of setting up multiple services is correct. However, please consider focusing on the following option:
Webba Booking – SETTINGS – Booking rules – Autolock bookings
When this option is enabled, services will lock each other. If you don’t need to lock hourly services when a daily service is booked, please disable this option.

That worked in that I couldnt book a day long service if an hour service was booked that day. I do need to book two services (rooms) by the hour on one day though and now I cant do this???

To offer you the best configuration, could you please provide the following details:
- The number of rooms needed
- The possible booking duration for each room
Hi Guys, what my customer has is three rooms, a main room, a meeting room and a kitchen. Their customers need to be able to book 1 or more rooms by the 1/2 hour and by the day too. (I know!)
I have set up three services, one for each room and divided the time slots into 1/2 hours. Now this works fine when you want to book hour slots – and if you have unlocked ‘autolock’ it works fine too allowing you to book 1 – 3 rooms all by the hour. Perfect.
The problem comes when a visitor wants to book a whole day and needs to click 18 1/2 hour time slots to do so.
I set up a second service for the main room (main room hourly as you can see) to do this but it then when you booked the main room for the day any hourly booking were removed.
I ticked ‘autolock’ as advised above and this works, but when you try and book hourly slots on more than one room you can only do one room, unlike before!
I am not sure there is a way around this?

Please, clarify each room can be booked hourly and daily, correct?
You can try the following approach:
- On the Services page create a new service category for each room. So you will have 3 service categories.
- Add 2 services in each category – hourly and daily.
- On the ‘Booking rules’ section of the Webba SETTINGS page set the option ‘Perform autolock on’ to ‘Services in the same category’
