Adding gallery images not working

    HI again,

    It does seem that when we add a gallery image (standard WP way) the images dont save – is this because it requires that we upload the images via external urls only?

    We cant do both?

    When I say they dont save, I mean, if i add a gallery image, and no external gallery images, upon clicking ‘save’ the page reloads and doesnt seem to save the images (also removes from front end).

    Please access Settings > Help > Support > Data button. Click on that, copy and send me the data.

    No worries – seems to be an issue even when the plugins deactivated and adding a new product – can close

    I’m not allowed to talk about Pro features/version here due forum rules. Premium users should use the support email.

    Anyway, I did some tests and indeed there is a conflict between internal and external images on product editor. It will be fixed as soon as possible. I contact you.
