I have just installed and started to use the plugin. It looks excellent.

When changing the feed to map a GTIN/EAN from the product, it does not seem to affect the generated XML. I have tried deactivating and reactivated the feed. The GTIN remains empty, even though I have tried hard coding a static value.

What must I do to force that the XML be re-generated?

    Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for contacting us.

The feed should pick up automaticly the changes you have made to the feed and to the products. As soon as you save your feed all feed changes and product changes should be reflected in the feed.

If the feed is not updating on your given schedual please activate the feed in the feed list of the plugin.

    Thank you.

Is there anyway to do a on-off manual update of the feed?

Each time you save the feed you update the complete feed and it renews all product data.
So each time you want to manualy update the feed just save the feed in the feed manager.

I found your bug. This is not the case.

If you set a value to ‘static value’ and have an empty static value, eg ”. Then the changes are not made and saved. Instead you need to set a static value of a space, eg ‘ ‘. Then the changes will be saved and feed regenerated.

Please can this bug be corrected?

I am not really sure what you are trying to accomplish.

leaving the static value empty makes no sense. So that should not be saved anyhow.
When adding a static value in the gtin field than it is saved as far as we can replicate.

Maybe you could explain me a little more about what you are trying to do and what is not working.
Maybe you can share a screenshot of the issue that is helpfull.
