I installed woosidebar, added heading for “categories” which I changed to “product categories”. Everything working fine – then I go into Edit Widget Area because I want to add another heading like “titles’ or “artists”. when I did that, set it up to replace default blog sidebar, set up the conditions, etc. clicked update THEN the blog sidebar appeared again! I had to delete that new heading before it reappeared.

So . . . the problem is I want more than one heading on the woo sidebar, that way customers don’t have to scroll through shop pages to find something – for example, there is a heading for “artists” (even if that artist has one product). Help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your question.

I’m a bit unclear as to what “headings” refers to. Are you referring to custom widget areas, or perhaps widgets in a custom sidebar?

If widgets are disappearing, I’d advise making sure your custom widget area has a text-based slug (eg: my-custom-widget-area) instead of a number (sometimes, a widget area’s slug is a number). This should help prevent widgets for not showing correctly.

Please advise if this produces the desired result.

    Thanks in advance!
