Adding hierarchy pages

Firstly I don’t know how to find out what WP version I’m using.

I have a WP site telshaw.wordpress.com that I setup for my Central America trip. I want to keep the main title Leo on the Loose and add another trip.
Title Leo on the Loose
next level Central America trip + Bali trip
next level all pages and blogs re CA link to CA and all Bali to Bali

Is that possible? If so how do I do it please?

As far as I can see it looks like I need to start a new blog for my new trip which doesn’t make sense to me.
