What would you like that hyperlink text to be? It is not clear to me from your description. I need to understand a bit more before I can indicate if this possible or not.
i what i mean it that i would like to add a hyperlink with whatever text/additional info i enter in other columns. the link would hyperlink to additional/other external website or material
Ok. I think I understand what you are trying to achieve. To do this, you can use the ‘Secondary Web Address’ field provided in the Link editor page. Then, under the Advanced tab of the Library Settings page, select Label next to the Web Link item, select Secondary in the Link Source column and type the text that will become the hyperlink and be associated with the address entered in the Additional Details field.
Let me know if that meets your needs.

Hello Yannick,
thanks for such great plugin.
Quick question related to the one above: if you set up the label and secondary address as you described, you will have the same label for all links.
Is there a way to customize the label for each link?
I think that would be extremely useful when you have affiliate links as you can use the label to show your users the clean URL, but redirect traffic from both the web link and link name to the proper affiliate URLs using the secondary web address.
I am not quite sure I understand. If there is an affiliate link that gives you a benefit when users follow through, why would you want users to visit the site using any other link?
Thanks for the reply.
I do want users to go through the affiliate links, but I don’t want to put the affiliate links on the page.
Anyway, my real question is whether is possible to customize the label for each link rather than for the entire library?
No, it is not possible to customize the label for each link. That being said, something you could do is to put that link in the Large Description field for each link. You are allowed to put full HTML content in that field, which you can then display on your site. You could then create a link with the text that you want.
