Adding is_search to the query

    Hi Scott,

    I’d love to be able to use this plugin to better secure the WP-Members plugin, which would require being able to add is_search to the query. Not exactly what the plugin is intended for, but is there a way I could hook into it to make the change properly?

    The same functionality might also be useful for the people requesting to only hide from the feed.
