Adding labels or badges to specific rows

Wondering if it was possible and if so how you can add something like, “editor’s pick” “Budget Pick” “Top Choice” “Best Overall Option” labels to certain rows of products when making a table? They’re usually hanging off the edge to the left of the first row cell of the product.
