Hi! I’m using your WP Job Manager plugin and it’s been great so far. I’m the web guy for our regional diocese so we post jobs for over 90 parishes and schools in our area. I was wondering if there was a way to save and reuse locations so I don’t need to add them every time? For example, I’d like to post multiple jobs at a school, so I would like to select that school so it completes the fields for address, logo, and contact. Is that possible with your plugin?

    Thanks!
    Brendan

    Hi Brendan,

If you are logged in, the company (school 🙂 ) section should be saved as user meta by a cookie. The next time that form is used, the fields should be auto-populated. Is that not happening for you? Are you using the frontend form to add jobs, or adding them in wp-admin?

We recommend that all jobs are added via the frontend form on your site, on the page where you’re using the [submit_job] shortcode.

Several verification steps are not taken when adding a job via the Job Listings > Add New path in wp-admin. However, if you must add jobs via wp-admin, our documentation is here:

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

@multimediocrity is a fantastic username, by the way!
