Adding Logo to Radiate Theme?

I want to add a logo at the left side of my blog name. My blog is http://www.codewithc.com

The theme I have used is Radiate, and apparently there is no Upload logo option in Appearances>>Themes. What is the easiest way to add logo for this theme without coding? Or is logo not supported by this theme?
