If your public key does not start with a lowercase x, y or z then either you are looking for it in the wrong place (perhaps looking at a public key of an address) or you are using a multi-sig wallet.
Multi-signature wallets are not supported.
We recommend creating a wallet specifically for use with TripleA so that the dashboard and email notifications remain in sync with actual orders processed.

I finally open a wallet in a different place than Coinbase. I actually used Exodus which also provides the xpub address. It works but i still have some concerns about matching WC orders with BTC payments received in the wallet when the volume in transactions is medium to high.

We recommend Electrum, it gives full control (but also full responsability) over your personal bitcoin wallet.
There are online or offline wallets that may provide different benefits.
If you want to manage your own bitcoin, which entails some risk and learning curve, it’s best you research your options and make a choice based on what you think is best for your own needs.
