Adding Max Height to a Container

    I am trying to make a portfolio image which when hovered, scrolls along the y-axis to reveal the entire image. I want to make a container with a fixed height and overflow hidden and then put my images in there. It seems like I have to pay Elementor in order to user custom CSS. Is there any other way to set the max-height of a container?

    For using custom CSS:
    1. You can use Theme’s additional CSS option. Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
    2. Use plugin such as Simple Custom CSS and JS.
