You should be able to use the WordPress IOS app http://ios.ww.wp.xz.cn

I have downloaded WordPress to my iphone. But it only enables me to access my blog. I wish to add photos to my website media library. I have read everything I can find on this topic – including the Weaver II support documentation, and can’t find anything. It seems to me that this should be a simple thing and I just don’t see it.

With inside the WordPress iPhone application –

    1. Open the left hand side slide out menu
    2. Select ‘Posts’
    3. Click the ‘+’ on the top right hand side of your view port
    4. Click the little picture icon in the bottom right hand of your view port
    5. Select the images you want to upload to your media library and watch as they upload
    6. From here you can either publish a new post, or just select discard

NOTE: Hitting discard will not remove the images that you have just uploaded from the media library. It will just discard the draft of the post.

Thanks, I did just that. However, this adds media to my WP blog. I am trying to add media to my WP hosted website.

    my WP hosted website.

Not sure what you mean by blog vs. website? But if it’s hosted by WordPress – it would be WordPress.COM – and you’d need to ask on their forums – http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

I see. It’s simply a matter of opening my website on the iphone and uploading media there. Don’t know why it took me so long to figure it out.

    Thanks!
