Adding Menu Actions, Ajax 500 error

    I’m trying to add the menu actions to a menu and in the console Im getting:

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

    It doesn’t say anything in the debug log, and I’m able to add other menu items to the menu.
