Adding metadata to galleries?

    Is there any problem with adding metadata to a gallery? I know I can’t do that on the gallery edit form, but perhaps do it in php script.

    I want to add a “unique-id” field that takes a uuid/guid. Then I might be able to search for galleries based on a guid and not the gallery name.

    Hi @parisology

    Currently, there’s no option of adding such metadata to a gallery that can be used to identify it when searched for instead of using the gallery name.

    We haven’t tried it out so I cannot advise you on if it’ll work or not, but you could try it on your end and let us know how it goes!
