Hi,

I have set a transaction charge when an user adds money to his wallet via bank transfer, but it is not working.

@roberto22 The setting is for transfer charge, not wallet top-up charge.

Oh ok! Is there an option for top-up charge?

Sorry, there are no settings for that but you can add an extra fee using custom code. Please check the documentation here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/add-a-surcharge-to-cart-and-checkout-uses-fees-api/
