Adding new attribute failed solution

    I was getting “Adding new attribute failed.” when trying to add attributes to the product page. After some troubleshooting I downgraded from Woocommerce 9.71 to 9.70 and that fixed the issue. Just wanted to help anyone else facing the same issue. hopefully Woo will look into fixing the issue

    Thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve tried replicating the issue on WooCommerce 9.7.1, but everything seems to be working fine on my end.

    To assist further, could you please check if there are any errors in the browser console when trying to add attributes? If you see any, please share a screenshot of the error message. That might help in identifying the cause.

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
