Adding new fields does not save

Hello, I”m trying to create a registration form. I go into the fields manager, then click on add field. In this case I’m trying to add the First Name field. I fill out the details then click save at the bottom. The page reloads and I have a black “first name” field creation page. When I go back into the field manager, there is no field added. I know I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Just to clear up confusion… TLDR – When trying to add a new field to a form, the new field does not save to the form.
editing to add: I just noticed my design (custom colors, ect) of my form are not saving either. They go right back to default.
editing once more to add: So come to find out NOTHING saves in this plug in. It’s like its just a dummy plugin to show you all the cool things you COULD do, but nothing saves at all. No customizations, no settings, nothing… none of it saves at all.
