Adding New questions

After I migrate the questions, users, and answers, how do i add a form for users to ask new questions? Is there a shortcode for that?
Once the site is migrated is it ready out of the box in the WordPress site? If not, what else needs to be done to get it to work properly?
How does the registration work for new users? Is it just the default WordPress site registration and then whoever has a role of Subscriber can post questions?
Is there a moderation process for the site moderators to approve a question before it goes live?

This plugin is just an add-on for QA plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/question-answer/
You will need to install and activate to run a QA website. please check out the plugin.
