adding new taxonomy value hungs

    I have WP 5.7 and CPT UI 1.9.0 I created a new taxonomy linked to a Custom Post. When I add a new taxonomy value and press submit, the process hungs, but refreshing browser the value is saved. I don’t see any error in browser console.

    Hard to say what may be going on. This is when using our settings, and not being somewhere else in the admin correct? Like not creating terms in the taxonomy? You’re on our screen where you’re saving the taxonomy to be registered?
