Adding New Theme to WordPress

Hi there,

Newbie at this. I’ve signed up to bluehost to host our new website. I’ve also purchased a customised theme from Mojo Marketplace. When trying to upload the new theme onto WordPress, I get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

This occurs once I click on ‘upload’ on the themes page.

Appreciative of any assistance that can be provided.
