Are you able to add other files? What Is the status of the repository (if you go to Settings-> Help and click “View Status”?

Here are the results of “View Status”. I can install plugins/themes and such are they are added to the repository. However, it doesn’t seem like non-wordpress related files (directory of PDF’s) are added.

Sorry, it looks like that’s the system info. Can you post the status instead? Should be the button next to the system info.
Have you tried adding those files manually? Do you get any errors within Revisr if you add just those files and try a commit (within Revisr)?
