• Hi,

On my add product page, the only options a user has to enter to add a product are
general, shipping, and policies. I don’t see the offers option, so how do I add it.
I already installed and activated this plug in as well

  • Hi @sunnyschafieh,

Thanks for writing us at AngellEYE support.

If you have activated the plugin then you will need to enable it an product level. Please edit any product and you will see offers settings . There you can enable offers for any product you like.

But if you like to enable that for all products then we do have a bulk edit tool built for this purpose. Please go to settings > offers for woocommerce > tools.

Let me know if you still have any other questions or concerns.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

I don’t see it still. I don’t have inventory level on my site (when adding new precuts there is no inventory level). How do.I add offers button option.

    Thanks

I’m not sure if I understand your problem exactly, could you share some screenshot of offers settings and add new product page? I would like to see what you are seeing there?

Hi yes here are the two screenshots

    Thanks

Thanks, after looking at the screenshots, I believe some plugin JS is causing some trouble with that. You can see in your second screenshot, even default woo tabs are not showing for simple product. Please try the following debug steps:

    1. Disable all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and Offers for WooCommerce, and determine whether or not the issue is still occurring
    2. Re-enable additional plugins one by one, testing after each add-on is enabled, in order to find the culprit

If, after disabling all additional plugins, you are still seeing the same issue, then switch to basic twenty theme with both WooCommerce and offer for WooCommerce enabled and then check once again.

Please follow these steps and let us know your results.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I removed the default tabs myself because for my store I don’t need inventory levels.
Do you think that is what caused it to not show up?
Is there any way to have offers tab without the inventory tab?

    Thanks

@sunnyschafieh can’t say for sure, can you undo what you have hidden / removed and see if that brings back the offers tab?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I tried and it still doesn’t show up. I am using wc-marketplace and my site allows vendors to post products and when i login as a vendor and try to add a new product the offers tab doesnt show. How can i fix this?

    thanks

    Hi @sunnyschafieh,

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I think I might have misunderstood you at the first place. So to clarify the situation, you are saying you have installed wc-vendor marketplace , right? And you have our offers for woocommerce plugin enabled, correct?
If those two things are YES then this is where things gets little interesting as the default offer plugin dont work with WC vendors marketplace, you need to buy our offers for woocommerce -WC vendors extension to get that option for vendors.

I was assuming that you may have this one already installed but looks like you are not, right?

Please check that and let me know.
    Thanks!

    Hi

    sorry for the late reply

I have WC-MP installed. Is the offers plugin compatible with this.

    Thanks

Oh, So its the marketplace plugin not WC vendors. Well in that case, our plugin will not work with that. Perhaps you should try WC vendors and WC vendors pro ( offers for woo – WC vendors will be required ).

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
    Thanks!
