adding options

Before i head down another rabbit hole of learning how to get what i want please let me ask you if i can achieve my goal with your plugin!

I simply when creating a product , in this case of a book, want to have a drop down menu to show to the buyer the condition of the Good Bad Ugly and a selection to show Bound or paperback

can i do that with this plugin?
