Adding page tags to list?

Great plugin! It’s working fantastic for my uses. I have made a “projects” page with a list of pages by topic. I’m using the excerpt and featured image, but I’d also like to add the tags for these pages as well. I’ve enabled tags and categories for pages in my WordPress installation.

Is there a way to do that? Searching has been difficult because of the dual meaning of the word “tag” in this instance.
