Adding pages to calendar

    Been using your plugin now for a little over a year, and absolutely love it. Found another help thread where it suggested that different post types were shown in different calendars, but they wanted everything in one calendar.

    Would love to see a calendar for pages. Currently trying to balance both, and not having the pages publication schedule just causes a little frustration in trying to remember when they’re coming up without going and checking.

    In light of the previous thread, I might also suggest having a plugin options page that has a setting that would allow for simple toggling between having unique calendars for each post type (and pages), or having them all combined into one. Would be a significant help to us, I know, and perhaps others as well.

    Thanks for making such a great plugin. It’s literally been a lifesaver in terms of publications.

    Thank you for using the calendar. Adding an option to show all post types in a single calendar is something I’ve been considering for a while.

    Can you please tell me more about why you want to add pages to the calendar. Most blogs that I’ve heard from don’t schedule pages the same way they schedule posts. How do you want to use the calendar with pages? Do you schedule them the same way you do posts?
