    You can download plugins from CKEditor Addons Repository.

    Ten upload them to your WP plugins directory like wp-content/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/ckeditor/plugins.

    Follow the instructions from addon author – usually just add it to config.extraPlugins configuration option in wp-content/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/ckeditor.config.js file.
