Adding preview button for contributors

Hi, I’m doing some support for a client and they have a user that is a contributor with specific pages that they can edit and submit for review. Is there a way to add the preview button to their “Publish” menu that comes with other roles that are allowed to publish? The issue is that if I just upgrade their role they’ll have the preview button but also be able to publish pages, which is not wanted. I’m assuming this will need some coding. Any ideas?
