Hey there!
The easiest/best way would be to use the built in product import/export tool
You can export all your products, then add the attributes you need using something like Excel, and then import them back into the shop.
You can make the changes you are looking for very quickly that way.

Hi AW A11n, thank you for the help, but I can not do that.
I am using a productfeed plugin that imports productfeeds from external shop into my shop.
And I need to add additional product atributes, like ‘color’ to these products.
Would like to know I an easy and fast way to do that?

Thanks for clarifying.
As you are using a 3rd party plugin to import products from an external shop, I think the best place to look for help with this is the plugin’s support. They should be able to let you know if there is a way to edit the products that are imported in bulk while they are being imported (seems like this is what you want).
If there is no way, then you could still use @slash1andy’s method of updating the products (when they are already imported) although this appears to be time-consuming. I recommend you check with your product feed plugin’s support first.
