Adding Product Fields for back-end computations

Hi Folks… just thought I’d try this as searching is taking a long time…
Does anybody know how we might add fields to our products so we can add “author1”, “author1 royalty %”, “author2”, “author2 royalty %” ??? We need to be able to calculate royalties for each of our products sold and report that information.
Can’t imagine somebody hasn’t had to deal with this… Any positive input greatly appreciated and worthy of very loud applause! 🙂 Thanks…

If you need it to actually do royalty calculations that’s going to be much trickier and much more involved. I’d advise getting a professional to do that (https://woocommerce.com/experts/).
