Adding request call back to main sidebar

    Hi,

    I wanted to add the Request Call back to my main sidebar and am stuck on this. Is there any easy and simple way to do this? I want to add the full form – not lightbox version. I have managed to do the css styling and have reduced the width to fit the sidebar.

    I tried using “php code widget” plugin. I dragged this widget in to sidebar and put the code <?php do_action('wpcallback_button'); ?> in the widget. Did not work.

    Please do help asap.
