Adding Scripts in Sidebar Section

Hello. I’m having trouble adding some scripts on the sidebar of my blog. Whenever I add (Google Ad) to a section I’ve created, the bg colors go everywhere. Its very strange. I’ve added my other custom links (Jukebox, ect) but when I add Google Ad script my blog goes insane. This also happens when I add many images vetically. Is there a way to bypass this? is it in the CSS?
