adding shortcode to page stops page working

    I’ve installed your plugin alongside wpdm and cf7, I’ve added the page download, the contact form, and set up inline result. Finally I added the shortcode, which I copy and pasted from the plugin page and replaced the IDs (1 and 254) but when I view the page there is no content whatsoever below the header. I take out the shortcode and the page is fine. I’ve also switched to the WP 2014 default theme and it still doesn’t work.

    Any suggestions please?
