At the moment there is no way to import signatures into the plugin and this is partially by design to prevent administrators adding the email addresses of people without their knowledge.
I understand that this could be done anyway via some coding or in a database management tool (e.g. phpmyadmin) but it should not be easy to simply add signatures.
It is hard to know why people didn’t receive the confirmation link. Perhaps it went to their spam folder. Maybe they mistyped their email address. It is impossible for me to say why without any logs or similar. I can see where it might be useful to have a link in the signature list to resend a confirmation email…I will consider adding it, but this plugin is a labour of love so some things that make me money have a higher priority.
Thank you very much. I have found a way around the problem and fixed email errors in the back end.
Other queries: how can I change the css of the form in a way that ppl do not have to give gender-specific information? is this possible at all?
thanks!
In the plug-in settings you can choose to not display the honorific.
I assume that is what you mean.
