We actually providing social icons in the header in the free version of the theme. So you have to tell us where want to add social icons to the theme.

I would like them accessible on all pages if that is possible.
Preferably on the bottom banner

If you want to add the social icons in the bottom then you add in the footer of the site.
So please add the social icon widget in the footer sidebar.

Okay, Kindly add the below CSS in the Additional CSS box, Please go to the Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS then paste the CSS here and click to Publish button.

display: flex !important;
}
