adding something new to dynamic widgets

Hello,
I´m running worpress and the cutline theme with dynamic widgets.
Now, i want to add the backlink to blogcatalog to my widgets, but how can I do that?
First, I don´t know where to put to code in.
If I put it at the end.. it is displayed but not in correctly. It´s placed next to the sidebar, not in the sidebar.

Do I have to create an own widget for this?
And how can I do this (beside, I don´t know anything about PHP).
All what has to be in there is the short javascript for blogcatalog (or also mybloglog later).

Is there already exisiting a very very simple widget, in which I can easily replace the existing content by thos javascript-lines from blogcatalog?
