Hi i recently installed your plugin but the store credit does not work. when trying to make adjustment for a customer it shows error cannot add store credit for User customer. please help as i require this plugin.

“There was an error trying an error trying add store credits for the user”

I cleared the cache and even reinstalled the plugin but still it does this.

Hi @technoguyxx,

Could you please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin and then try again?

Also, it would be great if you could send me all the information from the WooCommerce->System Status page. There’s a little button there that will let you copy and paste it to me:

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have tried reinstalling activating and deactivating but no luck.

Please also let me know if it is safe to post my system report on this forum.
