Adding Tags to the Terms

In the above link, it shows a tag meta box. But there isn’t one on my “Add New Glossary Item” page. it seems to me that when I first installed it, there was one, but then I’ve been trying out different Encyclopedias and Glossary plugins so I may be thinking of one of the other plugins… I can’t remember anymore. I’ve been installing and deleting a few plugins.

Is there anything I could have done to disable the tag metabox? Is there anything I can do to enable it?
