Hi, how can I add the ‘tax code’ field?

I have read the documentation, but I have another question.
Can I display fields in the checkout according to role?
E.g. If I select “private” it will show “date x”, if I select “company” it will show “date y” and “date z”.
I need to do this: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-checkout-manager/ (Conditional fields).
