adding text block below price

Hi,

I have been trying to add a text block below the price in the shopping cart but cannot seem to find out how.

I have tried adding the text that i want as a tag instead but i would like to remove the text “tags:”, remove the hyperlink from the tag and also making the text bigger.

Can someone please assist me on this matter?
