Adding Text box and blog section

    Hi All,

    I have tried searching for my answer but cannot see anything relevant, so am hoping there maybe a genius out there that can help me!

    I am looking to add 2 boxes on my business page

    1: a box on the left side of the website with a brief outline of the business

    2: a Blog box on the right, with say the last 4 blog updates.

    I have spent some time trying to sort but am baffled.

    Can anyone advise the way to do this?… Please be aware I am no genius so if you can help, please try to put it in lamens terms!

    A link to your site would be helpful 🙂

    The easiest way to achieve your goals would be with widgets. You could use a text widget for the brief outline, and look for a recent posts widget for the blog box.

    You just have to make sure you are using a theme with a sidebar or widgetized area where you’d like these boxes to be.

    So the main text on the site I want to put into a text box on the left, then the blog box.

    I will take a look at the widgets now thank you
