Adding the dropdown short code break the page

Hi,
when i add the shortcode into my page, it unfortunatly break it.
here an example with the two identical page.one with short code
http://wordpress.theinsiders.bitnamiapp.com/contact/buenos-aires/same page without the short code.
http://wordpress.theinsiders.bitnamiapp.com/contact/sao-paulo/it seems that it’s coming from the behavior of the plugin itself that automatically pull the content of the first option.
example with a page that nothing but the short code
http://wordpress.theinsiders.bitnamiapp.com/contact/santiago/as i use the redirect methode to move from page to page, is it any work around to this behaviour?
